Building Web Sites as Business Cards or Building Sales/Clients?
In the early days, the biggest problem was loading speed & which browser was the viewer using. Today, it is all the different viewing devices such as Computer, Tablet & Phone. Now the view can switch from landscape to portrait on many different sizes. Keeps me on my toes & the solutions get better every day. So one of the main parts of my job is to stay up to date with all the new technologies. The other main part is to listen to my clients to find out what they want to accomplish & how their web presence is going to be used.
I use 2 main platforms: WordPress (WP) & WIX
The days of pure HTML are pretty much in the past even though HTML5 works well with the more dynamic codes such as PHP. I am excited with the new WP 2024 Theme as they have made a giant upgrade to the core Block managing system. It has been since 2015 for such a dynamic upgrade. The WIX platform also has a great core Block management system.
